West Coast Gastroenterology is composed of a cohesive team of thirteen highly skilled and passionate gastroenterologists (GIs). With a shared mission to provide best healthcare services, our dedicated team is steadfast in delivering exceptional care to the residents of British Columbia.

We cover every area of gastroenterology
Our clinicians have advanced training in highly specialized procedures, in addition to seeing patients with liver diseases, including liver transplant care, as well as general gastrointestinal problem.
We treat multitude of gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, including inflammatory bowel disease, liver diseases, functional GI disorders, and hepatobiliary pathologies. We have experts in various areas of common GI disorders, therapeutic endoscopy, hepatology and liver transplantation, disorders of gut-brain interaction, and GI motility disorders.
Vancouver General Hospital and UBC Hospital contribute to teaching of medical students, residents, and clinical fellows in gastroenterology and hepatology. Our staff have teaching appointments with UBC Faculty of Medicine. Therefore, it is our responsibility to impart our knowledge to future physicians.
